Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging and assisting customers across various inquiries through online chat, providing accurate information regarding products and services
  • Facilitating appointment scheduling by focusing on specific appointment details and ensuring seamless communication with customers
  • Collecting customer contact information for lead generation and client evaluation, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
  • Summarizing customer interactions based on their specific needs for client consideration, highlighting key takeaways and areas for improvement
  • Developing and updating a repository of knowledge on the latest products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing best practices and expertise to drive continuous improvement

Available Shifts

We offer three full-time shifts to accommodate your schedule:

  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Mondays)
  • 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Wednesdays)
  • 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Tuesdays)

During your first week of employment, you will be required to work a training schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, before transitioning to your assigned shift.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail customer service or automotive industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in basic internet and Windows-based computer operations
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
  • Positive and professional attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Adaptability to change and a preference for a fast-paced work environment
