Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst – IT, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing insights that inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty teams to drive process improvements and enhance our customers' experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty teams
• Collaborate with our Advanced Analytics Community (DOC) to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Design and develop data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for enhancements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain innovative and effective

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science
• 3+ years of experience in online business stage development
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques
• Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, or similar
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Experience with data dog, AppD/Kibana, or similar tools
• Experience with big data analytics and data warehousing
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS Redshift, QuickSight, or Athena
• Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
• Experience with data governance and data quality

Skills and Competencies

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques
• Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, or similar
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
