Job Overview

The Non-Clinical Data Entry Specialist will play a vital role in processing, updating, and maintaining electronic and physical medical documentation, supporting compliance with Army, DoD, HIPAA, and cybersecurity regulations. The accuracy and timeliness of data entry will directly impact medical readiness classification (MRC) compliance, deployment eligibility, and overall force readiness. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update medical documentation in blithequark databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Assist in preparing and formatting medical readiness reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Non-Clinical Case Management Team to ensure seamless data management and compliance.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Physical Demands and Work Schedule

The Non-Clinical Data Entry Specialist role requires:
