Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at blithequark, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email, with the opportunity to create raving fans for our company every single day. We're looking for team members who are team-oriented, highly motivated, and able to work independently to solve unique problems. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Schedule and Work Environment

* Work a 4-day weekend schedule, with 10-hour shifts on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday

  • Flexible scheduling options available within designated shift times
  • Work from home in a secure and quiet environment with a strong Internet connection
  • blithequark will provide all necessary equipment and technology

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1.00/hour increase after 60-day provisional period

  • Quarterly bonus opportunities

Requirements and Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment

  • Knowledge of the Lighting Industry or related products
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
