What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As an Experienced Live Sales Chat Representative – Life Science Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing product features, benefits, and applications to qualify leads and initiate the sales process
- Responding to and processing all incoming web chat and email inquiries from customers
