Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, multichannel support to customers in Spanish, utilizing your excellent communication skills, business acumen, and problem-solving abilities. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, ensure productivity and revenue growth, and maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude. Key Responsibilities

* Provide multichannel support (telephonic, chat, email, social media, US mail) to customers in Spanish, ensuring high-quality service and resolution of issues

  • Utilize department tools, resources, business judgment, and expertise to resolve complex problems and escalate unresolved issues
  • Act as a positive role model, demonstrating continuous performance improvement, solid business skills, and support of department and company objectives
  • Ensure productivity, revenue generation, and quality levels meet or exceed customer and blithequark expectations
  • Use courteous and professional language, working effectively in a team environment to create win-win resolutions to problems
  • Maintain a strong commitment to providing resolution to customer issues on the first contact, utilizing excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Essential Qualifications

* High School or equivalent

  • 1+ year(s) experience in a customer service environment
  • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers
  • Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math
  • Customer service orientation
  • Intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, proficient with Microsoft Office, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers
  • Strong English and Spanish comprehension and a good command of grammar

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate degree or higher

  • Previous experience in a telephonic or personal customer contact position

Compensation and Benefits

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
