Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assisting clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client preferences, travel plans, and itineraries.
  • Coordinating scheduling for travel consultations and managing the calendar for the agency.
  • Processing payments, issuing invoices, and tracking client accounts.
  • Supporting the agency with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining internal databases.
  • Researching travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to support clients' needs.
  • Working closely with the travel agents and management to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or the travel industry (although not required, it's a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with travel booking software is a plus.
