Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions

As an Experienced Scheduling and Customer Services Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, showcasing your exceptional communication skills and personal and professional growth.
  • Fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients, winning their trust and confidence through active listening skills and proactive problem-solving.
  • Quickly determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately, utilizing your strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs, demonstrating a growth mindset and high work standards.
  • Understanding the importance of attention to detail and applying new knowledge or skills quickly to improve your performance.
  • Solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities without being asked, showcasing your resilience and ability to maintain a high level of energy.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of meeting individual and team goals.
  • Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with clients.
  • Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

  • Sales or customer service experience in the home services industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment.
