Responsibilities

As a chat support representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for representing our clients as the voice of their customer support team. You will be communicating with customers through online chat to provide accurate information, resolve issues and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information via online chat
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Documenting all customer interactions and escalating issues as necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings
  • Continuously improving customer service skills and knowledge through training and coaching

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple customer chats simultaneously
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Experience in a customer service or related role preferred
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools a plus
