Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workforce Activities and Operations team. As a Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing insights to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with our store and field operations teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency
- Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and project planning to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Produce reports and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis, project management, and team leadership
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies and solutions
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, data analysis, or operations management
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, project management, or team leadership
- Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and statistical modeling
- Experience driving high-performing teams and developing business strategies
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
