Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative and Scheduling Agent to join our team of Perceptionists. As a key member of our virtual sales force, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and helping our clients grow their business. Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive and personalized experience
- Schedule appointments and manage client calendars to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Utilize active listening skills to quickly determine the nature of objections and respond accordingly
- Proactively take action to resolve customer needs and concerns
- Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job
- Continuously improve skills through practice and apply new knowledge or skills quickly
- Solve problems and take advantage of opportunities without being asked
- Work effectively in a technical workplace and adapt to new technologies and systems

Required Qualifications
* Minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience required
- Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
- Strong PC and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
