Responsibilities

* Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, working closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless experience
* Developing in-depth knowledge of our products and services, enabling you to answer questions and provide expert advice
* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination
* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, helping us to continually improve and refine our operations
* Managing a team of junior customer service representatives, mentoring and guiding them to achieve their full potential
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
* The ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers
* Comfort and proficiency using computers, including software applications and online tools
* Previous experience working in customer support, preferably in a remote or work-from-home environment
