Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
