Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative – Personal Lines, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Policy Change Requests: Process customer policy change requests efficiently and effectively, minimizing wait times and ensuring seamless service.
  • Premium Payments: Take premium payments from customers, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely processing.
  • Follow-up and Follow-through: Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insurance protection, and solve or refer problems.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Insurance Policy Options: Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
  • Product and Service Information: Provide customers with additional information about new products and services, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Personal Lines P&C License: A valid Personal Lines Property and Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Positive Attitude: An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude is essential for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Multi-tasking and Time Management: Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up is crucial for meeting deadlines and providing timely service.
