Responsibilities
As a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative – Personal Lines, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Policy Change Requests: Process customer policy change requests efficiently and effectively, minimizing wait times and ensuring seamless service.

Requirements
