Product Manager – ChannelOps

Location Our Product Manager will be an integral part of our global Product Managers team. This role is based remotely in the East or Central time zone of the US, in the United Kingdom or Ireland.

The Opportunity We’re seeking a Product Manager for ChannelOps, our capabilities that enable cloud resellers and channel partners to utilize the DoiT Cloud Intelligence platform.

As Product Manager for ChannelOps, you’ll define how cloud partners operate on DoiT’s platform — you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, finance, and go-to-market to deliver scalable capabilities that support channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep contextual understanding of our business, our clients, our users, & their needs
• Proactively identify the important problems we should attack in your primary focus area (e.g. competitively, strategically, for customers, and in support of company goals)
• Build a coherent strategy and roadmap for addressing these problems with measurable objectives that align stakeholders and teams
• Build requirements that align product solutions closely to customer and business needs, & help to define phased, rapid, iterative delivery, with superior customer experience
• Drive, track, and document progress against plans – keeping open and clear lines of communications in the face of change (driven by market pressure, customer feedback, business need)
• Collaborate with Executives and other cross-functional leadership to ensure your product strategy is aligned to the company vision, and the operational needs of the business
• Maintain competitive and market awareness and ensure sustained differentiation is always a core objective
• Verify readiness of features for release to clients (in production/pre-production form)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, ideally with exposure to cloud channels, partner programs, and FinOps.
• Strong understanding of cloud resale models, including AWS/GCP/Azure Partner programs, margin management, and customer/partner workflows.
• Familiarity with data and analytics platforms, reporting frameworks, and data flows.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, technically feasible solutions.
• Proven success working across multiple stakeholders — engineering, finance, operations, and GTM.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
• Strong technical fluency — comfortable understanding APIs, data models, and system integrations.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action and an ability to deliver measurable results quickly.
