Job Summary

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues, and driving customer retention. You will be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities

* Answering phone calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner

  • Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and relationship-building
  • Providing customers with clear explanations of blithequark's service standards, policies, and procedures
  • Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer impact
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring seamless handoffs and minimizing wait times
  • Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in the CRM to ensure accurate tracking and analysis
  • Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Bilingualism is a plus, but not required
  • Some sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with proper grammar and punctuation
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Some experience with MS Excel is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the energy or utility industry

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Experience with sales and customer service metrics, including customer satisfaction and retention rates
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
