The Basics

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including email, live chat, and phone. You'll be a problem-solver, a communicator, and a team player, always looking for ways to improve our customers' experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-tier customer support through various channels, including email, live chat, and phone

  • Assist customers with setting up their online shops, products, and E-Commerce platforms
  • Troubleshoot issues with Printful Stores and E-Commerce platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues

The Formalities

* Under general supervision of CS Manager and Supervisors, provides Top-Tier customer service during every interaction

  • Maintains customer accounts, and performs related duties, as required
  • Though this position is home-based for now, the employee must reside within a commutable distance to our Coppell facility and be willing and able to attend a half-day ONSITE Onboarding and then be willing to come onsite at some point in the future
  • Training Schedule: 11am to 7:30pm Mon-Fri (Training will take place using virtual meetings in a classroom setting for several weeks)
  • Once training is complete, the schedule is Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm
