Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts responsible for analyzing data and processes to gain insights that improve the operations of our global contact center support business
• Drive a team that identifies, assesses, and prioritizes opportunities to drive efficiency and build greater experiences for our customers
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business operations, including key performance indicators, processes, and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and excellence
• Communicate complex ideas and results clearly to senior management and other stakeholders
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to support business decision-making

Essential Qualifications

• BA/BS in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of driving business growth and excellence through data-driven insights

• Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Excel, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
