Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a representative, you will work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families. Your role will involve explaining medical bills, answering questions, and resolving account balances, all while demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills to help patients and their families understand complex medical bills and resolve any issues or concerns

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Monthly performance bonuses, ranging from $100-$400
  • Quarterly contests with prizes, ranging from $200-$300 per month
