Job Overview

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in our e-File operations, working closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to review and file legal documents using online platforms and tools developed by our company. This is a remote position, and you must be located in Alaska to be considered. Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
  • Investigating discrepancies as they arise
  • Completing additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals and resolve issues as they arise

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
  • Tech experience is strongly preferred
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm

  • Experience working in a data entry or administrative role
  • Familiarity with online platforms and tools used in the legal industry
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
