As a customer service representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Key Responsibilities:

* Interact with customers in a kind, professional, and empathetic manner, building rapport and trust

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals, supporting each other in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a strong sense of responsibility, ensuring the safety and well-being of customers and colleagues
  • Navigate complex situations with composure and adaptability, maintaining a positive attitude and resolving issues with a smile
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies, processes, and procedures, embracing change and innovation

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
  • Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of airline operations, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and varying shifts
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
