Key Responsibilities

As a remote data entry clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our system using a computer or laptop
  • Meeting productivity and accuracy standards, with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
  • Working independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative to manage your workload and prioritize tasks
  • Communicating effectively with clients via email, as needed

  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality protocols

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old and a resident of the United States
  • Have a stable internet connection and a reliable device (computer, laptop, or phone) to perform data entry tasks
  • Be able to type accurately at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Possess basic PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Have a strong command of basic English written and spoken language
  • Be able to focus on tasks without being distracted and work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in data entry, telemarketing, customer service, sales, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, warehouse, inventory, receptionist, call center, part-time, retail fields, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in data entry software, such as Excel, Access, or other similar programs
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
