Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Lead, you'll be responsible for managing a range of tasks, including:

  • Managing Google Drive/Docs to ensure seamless collaboration and data organization
  • Managing Helpscout (customer service email platform) to provide timely and effective support to customers
  • Managing and organizing Kajabi (or similar CRM platform) to streamline customer interactions and data management
  • Managing Zapier to automate tasks and workflows
  • Managing a custom-built backend site for our App, with training provided by our client
  • Managing Apple Connect for App store management, without coding requirements
  • Managing Google Play Console for Google Play store management, without coding requirements
  • Managing Test Flight for App testing and quality assurance

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in project management or customer service lead (a plus)
  • A detail-oriented approach to work, with a keen eye for organization and data management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers effectively
  • Strong technical skills, with a willingness to learn new technologies and platforms
  • Intuitive organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to work, with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems independently
  • Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust to changing workload demands
  • Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone availability
