Job Summary

As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers and website visitors through live chat on Amazon. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service, answering questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions that meet the customer's needs. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat on Amazon, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to meet customer needs
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate to senior team members when necessary
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service, or business) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications
