Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our brand, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media

  • Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations
  • Utilize knowledge of our products and services to resolve customer issues and provide recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and response time

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including online shopping and payment systems
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
