What You Will Be Doing

As a Remote Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer service questions via chat support on our clients' websites and remote social media accounts. You will work independently, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge to provide quick and accurate assistance to customers. Your tasks will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat support on websites and remote social media accounts
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Following provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer service

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer service questions via chat support on websites and remote social media accounts

  • Provide quick and accurate assistance to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer service

Essential Qualifications:

* 10+ hours availability per week

  • Reliable internet connection
  • Device able to access remote social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
