Job Description
As a Remote Market Research Panel - Call Centre Agent, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of market research studies, including focus groups, clinical trials, and online surveys. Your role will involve sharing your opinions and experiences with our clients, helping them to develop new products and services that meet the needs of their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in paid national and local focus groups, clinical trials, and market research studies
- Share your opinions and experiences with our clients to help shape the future of products and services
- Complete written and/or oral instructions to contribute to the discussion
- Fill out written surveys provided for each panel
- Test and review new products or services before they are released to the public
- Provide honest feedback on products and services to our clients and sponsors
Qualifications:
* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- High-speed internet connection
- Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions
- UK residents only
- No prior experience is required, but call centre agent experience is an asset
