Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and achieving the best resolution for the customer
• Advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
• Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless customer experience
• Analyzing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions
• Strong customer orientation, with a patient, empathetic, and compassionate approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of humor and a positive attitude
• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office
• Strong social support system, autonomy, and ability to work from home

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we welcome candidates with:

• Previous experience in customer support or a related field
• Strong technical skills, with experience in software applications and systems
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Fluency in additional languages, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances
