Job Summary

As an Experienced Entry Level Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional travel experience. You will provide top-notch customer support to blithequark passengers via phone and online communication channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance with reservations, flight information, and general inquiries.

  • Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote work environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
