Role Summary

As a Live Chat Assistant at Workwarp, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience. You'll be responsible for responding to customer queries with empathy and efficiency, managing live chat, and providing real-time assistance. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries with empathy and efficiency: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage live chat and provide real-time assistance: Utilize our live chat platform to engage with customers, answer questions, and provide support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Escalate issues to higher management when necessary: Recognize when issues require escalation and effectively communicate with our management team to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
