Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Owner Operator Truck Driver to join our team. As an Owner Operator, you will be responsible for hauling dry vans, flatbeds, and reefers, as well as power only loads. You will work closely with our dispatchers, who speak multiple languages, to ensure that you have access to a wide range of loads and opportunities. Key Responsibilities

* Haul dry vans, flatbeds, and reefers, as well as power only loads * Work closely with our dispatchers to ensure access to a wide range of loads and opportunities * Maintain a clean and well-maintained truck, adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements * Meet or exceed all safety and performance standards * Communicate effectively with our dispatchers and other team members to ensure smooth operations * Provide excellent customer service to our clients and partners

Requirements

* Class A CDL License * Must own a semi-truck (18-wheeler or day cab) * Minimum 2 years of Class A CDL experience and a clean MVR * No accidents in the last 5 years * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with regional and OTR loads * Familiarity with our dispatch system and software * Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g. Spanish, Arabic, Russian) * Experience with power only loads * Familiarity with our company culture and values
