As a Data-Driven Talent Acquisition Expert, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with business leaders and stakeholders to drive talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent acquisition needs and develop data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze data, trends, and insights to inform talent acquisition strategies and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to measure talent acquisition effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Apply statistical analysis and modeling techniques to drive business insights and inform talent acquisition decisions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement talent acquisition initiatives and programs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders and HR teams on talent acquisition best practices and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in talent acquisition and HR analytics.
  • Participate in agile functions and contribute to the development of the team's goals and objectives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, HR analytics, or talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, R, and Python.
  • Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics.
  • Experience working in HR or talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of HR data and processes.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and principles.
