Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Arranging sports events packages, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, excursions for families, couples, singles, businesses, and more
  • Determining customer needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
  • Planning and arranging event packages
  • Booking reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise

  • To be a resident of the USA or Mexico (although we welcome applications from other countries)
