Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data analytics solutions
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data analytics strategies
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on business analytics and decision-making
• Proven expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and data mining techniques
