Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Operations and Customer Center as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting our teams in driving business growth, and contributing to the overall success of blithequark.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Analyze data and insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning

What You'll Need to Succeed

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., software engineering, business, finance, marketing, or a related field) preferred

  • Availability to work for three consecutive semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM
  • Enrollment in an educational institution throughout the term of the center program
  • Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly, with a willingness to take calculated risks and learn from failures
  • Strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively in team and individual settings
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for self and others
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

What Will Give You an Edge

* Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, or other programming languages

  • Experience with airline operations, scheduling, and planning
  • History of leadership roles, including student and community organizations
  • Passion for a future career in the airline industry and serving customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
