Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize our proprietary systems and tools to deliver exceptional service, including our client management platform and CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, provide feedback, and drive process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide informed and expert advice to clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying ahead of the curve in customer service and industry trends
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or luxury service environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, exceeding client expectations, and building lasting relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, client management platforms, and other software applications
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve shared goals

* Experience in the travel industry, hospitality, or a related field

  • Knowledge of luxury travel, high-end services, and premium products
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, client management platforms, and other software applications
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
