What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Professionally answering calls and addressing caller inquiries, routing calls to the appropriate resources
  • Conducting research using available resources to provide accurate information to callers
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the research team as necessary
  • Completing required administrative work and maintaining accurate call logs
  • Assisting with additional projects as assigned by your supervisor

What is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities to handle high call volumes and complex issues
