Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Social Media Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting new users in creating optimized profiles to enhance their prospects for contracts, grants, financing, and loans.
  • Engaging actively with users on our social media platform, addressing inquiries, concerns, and challenges.
  • Delivering customer support across multiple channels, utilizing our ticketing system, chat, conferencing, and phone.
  • Conducting Beta Testing using our internal tools to ensure seamless platform functionality.
  • Analyzing user data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with our marketing team to enhance PPC and SEO strategies.
  • Identifying and reporting product bugs, working closely with the development team for resolution.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in social media or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, VPN, and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to utilize AI for research purposes.

  • Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Bonus: Proficiency in English along with one or more additional languages, or familiarity with translation tools.
