Responsibilities
As a Medical Billing - Email and Chat Representative, you will be responsible for: ### Email Support
- Respond to patient emails regarding medical billing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve billing issues promptly and accurately, providing clear and concise information to patients.
- Provide accurate information on billing, insurance, and payment options, ensuring that patients understand their options and responsibilities.
### Live Chat Support
- Engage with patients via live chat, addressing billing questions and concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner.

- Troubleshoot billing issues and escalate complex concerns to ensure that patients receive the support they need.
### Customer Service

Requirements
