Your Role

As a Senior Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll be the face of blithequark, working closely with customers to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and provide them with a personalized experience that leaves a lasting impression. You'll be part of a dynamic, global team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to blithequark's quality standards and customer experience guidelines

What You Bring to the Role

* 1 year or more of customer service experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 10mbps)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
