Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Resolving issues and discrepancies in eligibility records, including those related to shared mailboxes and work queues
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve problems and provide exceptional customer service
  • Reconciling eligibility among systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Monitoring and reporting on data trends and anomalies
  • Providing training and support to colleagues as needed

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
  • Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
