Key Responsibilities

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong technical skills, with experience using computer applications and software, including electronic health records and practice management systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, providing care to patients with diverse language needs

Technical Requirements

To perform this role, you will need:

  • A quiet, dedicated, paperless, and cell phone-free workspace, ensuring minimal distractions and maximum productivity
  • Access to high-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or Satellite), ensuring reliable and secure connections
  • A PC with Windows 10 or 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported at this time), meeting blithequark's technical requirements
  • At least 8GB of usable RAM, ensuring efficient processing and multitasking
  • At least 200MB of free hard drive space, providing ample storage for software and data
  • An Intel Core or Intel Pentium 4 Processor, ensuring reliable and efficient processing
  • Up-to-date antivirus software, protecting against malware and ensuring secure connections
  • Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1024 x 768 pixels, providing an optimal viewing experience
  • A USB noise-cancelling headset, ensuring clear and concise communication with patients

Flexible Scheduling and Work Environment

Hours of operation are 24/7, giving you complete flexibility to work when it's best for you. Overnight hours are limited, making this an especially great opportunity for someone seeking morning, afternoon, or evening hours.

Compensation and Perks

This customer service opportunity pays independent contractors $12.50 per hour. After passing certification and servicing at least 10 hours per week for each of the 4 weeks following certification, you'll also be eligible for a $250 certification incentive. Additionally, you'll enjoy:
