Job Overview

As a Full Stack Data Entry & Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Performing accurate data entry for multiple clients to ensure records are maintained to the highest standard.
• Running and generating reports as required, ensuring data integrity and adherence to established reporting formats.
• Supporting the account management team by providing timely and accurate information for client accounts.
• Communicating with franchisees or corporate contacts when needed to confirm details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure consistent data quality.
• Conducting regular data cleanup tasks to maintain database accuracy and reliability.
• Identifying data inconsistencies and taking corrective action to improve data quality.
• Providing general administrative support as needed within the account management team.

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: + Accurately enter data for multiple clients to ensure records are maintained to the highest standard. + Verify data for accuracy and completeness. + Maintain data integrity and adherence to established reporting formats.

Qualifications

* 1+ years of proven experience in data entry or a related field, preferably in a client-focused environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools; experience with data management software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Essential Skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.

• Experience with data management software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with clients and internal teams.

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive salary range: $50,000 – $65,000 annualized base salary.

• Benefits package, including health insurance, dental, vision, and FSA benefits.
• Equity: All employees within the U.S. are eligible to participate in the Stock Option Plan.
• Paid Time Off (PTO): Full-time, regular employees earn 15 days of PTO in the first 12-months of continuous service, and 22 days in subsequent years.
