Job Overview

As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will play a vital role in representing our company as the primary point of contact for our customers, both internal and external. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls from customers and sales representatives, clarifying the purpose of the call and providing timely resolutions.
  • Create orders, provide product information, and assist with returns or referrals to appropriate departments or sales representatives.
  • Coordinate with other departments to verify product availability and recommend suitable product selections based on application requirements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, process email correspondence, and perform administrative tasks such as mailing catalogs and retrieving invoices.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues related to miss-shipments, backorders, and technical queries, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in a call center environment as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Solid working knowledge of CRM systems, phone systems, and ERP systems, with the ability to read schematics and illustrated parts lists.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Word, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a data entry and call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
