Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations and deliver outstanding results. This is a remote data entry position, and you will be required to work from home with a reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, using our pharmacy systems and software
  • Maintain accurate records, including patient information, prescriptions, and inventory management
  • Work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations and deliver outstanding results
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare administration, business)

  • 1+ year of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy software systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience in a retail or pharmacy setting

  • Previous experience with Walgreens or a similar healthcare organization
  • Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
  • Familiarity with store stock control and inventory management
  • PTCB certification or willingness to obtain
