Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately inputting and updating project data in the company database to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborating with project managers to verify and reconcile project data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all records.
  • Generating and distributing regular reports to team members and management, providing valuable insights into project progress and performance.
  • Assisting in the organization and documentation of project files and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval of critical information.
  • Monitoring and correcting discrepancies or errors in data as they arise, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Supporting the team in other administrative tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive project information.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related position, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • U.S. Work Authorization.
