Job Summary

As a Customer Services Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for connecting, rearranging, maintaining, and repairing our services for customers across a wide range of locations. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Services Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting, repairing, and rearranging cable conductors to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Reviewing and analyzing prints, diagrams, or schematic drawings to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Splicing and waterproofing coverings to ensure the integrity of our network infrastructure
  • Repairing and maintaining outside plant facilities to ensure reliable service delivery
  • Climbing ladders and poles to access and repair equipment in hard-to-reach locations
  • Working outdoors in all kinds of weather to ensure that our customers receive the service they need

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Services Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of cable and network infrastructure
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and resolve technical issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Physical stamina to climb ladders and poles, and work outdoors in all kinds of weather

Preferred Qualifications
