Job Overview

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in our services. Your primary responsibility will be to assess their eligibility for potential compensation, providing empathetic support and guidance throughout the process. Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their eligibility for compensation, utilizing an automated dialer to manage a high volume of calls
  • Engage with 40-50 callers daily, identifying 1-5 potential candidates who may qualify for compensation
  • Multitask efficiently, listening to callers, answering questions, and navigating multiple software windows simultaneously
  • Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, contributing to the company's growth and success
  • Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) accurately, following scripts and guidelines to ensure seamless interactions
  • Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
  • Assist with special projects as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues independently, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing productivity

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and empathetically
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proven track record of building rapport and resolving conflicts effectively
  • Competitive spirit and a results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving individual and team goals
  • A strong background in call center environments and sales-focused roles, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in phone sales or customer service
  • Reliable access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace, with a hardwired desktop or laptop PC (meeting specific technical requirements) and high-speed internet
  • A reliable noise-cancellation headset and the ability to self-troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Residency in the State of Florida or New Jersey, with the ability to work 40+ hours per week and commit to a 90-day training period

Hours of Operation

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, and Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
