Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Baker and Packager Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing fresh baked items daily for our members, following recipes and production schedules
- Wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering any questions they may have
- Collaborating with other associates to build a strong bakery team, communicating with team members, and being flexible to the needs of the business
- Operating baking equipment, maintaining and sanitizing equipment, and demonstrating understanding of product and layout execution
- Leveraging digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
- Ensuring commitment to operational excellence, maintaining work area according to company policies and procedures, and ensuring quality and date control standards for bakery items
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks at once
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

- Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment
