This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States, Suriname At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. ​ Job Overview The Senior Manager, Supply Chain within the Channel Business Unit (BU) is an exciting and critical position that will enable the Channel BU to hit it's 5-year, $3.6B POS commitments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly responsible for the demand planning team, cycle, and function within the Channel BU, with aggregation of that demand plan into producing business unit demand plans
  • Alignment of the producing business unit supply plans to satisfy the Channel BU customers and meet our billing/shipping commitments
  • Accountable to work with producing business units to satisfy supply gaps and customer/distributor escalations for needed supply.
  • Leads the backlog management team within the Channel BU: Proactively monitoring open order backlog of our distribution partners, while resolving issues that impact our partners and customers.
  • Speeds the order to cash cycle for all Channel Managed bookings
  • Strong relationship and influence with production plants through planner communication and interaction, ensuring the Channel business unit meets or exceeds its shipping commitments
  • responsible for the logistics network design and resulting freight flows from our TE production plants to our distribution partner locations, globally
  • serves as the Channel BU champion for the TE Customer Value Proposition (CVP) enterprise-wide initiative. This effort is focused on improving pre and post order delivery experiences for our Channel Distribution partners and end customers. The role also serves as the Channel BU's SAP and IBP subject matter expert for logistics (LO), demand Planning (DP), and supply planning, as well as plant scheduling.
  • Drive end-to-end value stream ownership, aligning cross-functional resources to optimize product flow and competitiveness.
  • Implement and manage S&OP processes, demand forecasting, and capacity planning to support enterprise goals.
  • Demonstrate financial acumen by connecting supply chain decisions to business outcomes and managing budgets effectively.
  • Promote EHS and quality leadership, embedding safety and compliance into daily operations.
  • Build and lead high-performing, diverse teams, fostering an inclusive environment where individuals thrive.
  • Communicate effectively across functions and levels, influencing stakeholders and driving strategic alignment.

What your background should look like Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management with a track record of strategic impact.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL and data analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to lead in a matrixed organization and collaborate across geographies and cultures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with global demand management, S&OP, and supply chain transformation.
  • Knowledge of SAP IBP, Power BI, Tableau, and other smart analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of electronic components and channel distribution.

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $140,900 – 200,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
